Application of Paddock Grids:

The best way to lay the paddock grids is on a harder base of crushed stone or drainage sand. This is permeable to water and provides more stability to the paddock. The paddock mats are then applied to this base. Finally, the grids are filled with a top layer of 10 cm of sand. For this top layer, M3C sand is often used, which is sand with a grain size of 0.2 to 0.3 mm.
