Modify Your Order

If your order has not been prepared, loaded, or is on the way, you can modify your order. This can be done exclusively by phone. (You will receive an email from us confirming the modification). Please note that the delivery time restarts when changing products or delivery methods in your order.

Cancel Your Order

Cancelling your order is free of charge as long as the product has not been loaded or is in transit. If the product is loaded and/or in transit, you can return the product under the applicable return conditions.
